Thailand Yoga + Adventure Retreat
Thailand Yoga + Adventure Retreat
Phuket, Thailand
October 4-10th, 2026
About This Trip
Escape to the tropical magic of Phuket, Thailand, for a yoga retreat that blends soul-deep restoration with the kind of adventure that makes you feel fully alive. Here, you don’t have to choose between grounding and thrill, movement and rest, stillness and play - this week gives you all of it.
Nestled between lush jungle hillsides and the shimmering Andaman Sea, this retreat invites you to reconnect with your body through daily yoga, breathwork, and meditation while exploring the vibrant wildness and culture of Thailand.
Each morning begins with energizing movement in an open-air shala, awakening clarity, strength, and ease. After practice, the island becomes your playground:
Join us as we ride ATVs through the jungle, zipline through the treetops, visit an ethical elephant sanctuary, immerse ourselves in Thai culture through sacred ceremonies, lounge at the beach or pool, and island-hop to the world-famous Phi Phi Islands.
Adventure when your spirit calls for it. Rest when your body asks for it.
Evenings slow down with sunset yoga, grounding rituals, nourishing meals, and easy community connection under warm tropical skies.
Whether you’re craving spaciousness, excitement, healing, clarity, or simply a break from the noise of everyday life, this retreat creates room for all of it. Movement that energizes you. Adventures that expand you. Rest that restores you on a deeper level.
Leave feeling renewed, inspired, and in your body again - carrying home the confidence, joy, and spaciousness that only a week in Thailand can awaken.
