Join us for yoga on the beach with the ocean as your soundtrack and a beautiful sunset backdrop. Enjoy breathtaking views as you deepen your practice by building strength, confidence, and balance. Ground yourself by digging your toes into the sand and breathe in the healing powers of the ocean. All abilities and skill levels are welcome. Beach yoga is a truly unique experience that will leave you mentally and physically refreshed.

  • Yoga mat

  • XL towel for under your mat (This will help to keep the sand off your mat)

  • Any additional props you'd like to use

  • Blankets or extra layers for Savasana (It can get chilly at Sunset)

  • Water bottle

  • Sunblock
