Join us for Breath Into Power: Breathwork by the Sea, a powerful oceanfront wellness experience designed to release tension, reset your nervous system, and reconnect you with your inner energy.

Set along the beautiful coastline of Sunset Cliffs in San Diego, this 75-minute guided breathwork, yoga nidra, and sound bath experience blends movement of energy with deep restorative rest.

This unique San Diego wellness event combines three powerful practices designed to support emotional release, stress relief, and nervous system regulation.


✨What to Expect

Guided Breathwork

We begin with transformational breathwork, a conscious breathing practice that acts like a scanner for the body. Breathwork helps illuminate and release areas where tension, stress, or emotion may have been stored — sometimes for years.

Participants may experience sensations such as tingling, warmth, emotional release, or deep clarity as energy begins to move.


Yoga Nidra

After breathwork, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative form of meditation often called yogic sleep. This practice allows the nervous system to integrate the breathwork and settle into a state of deep relaxation and regulation.


Sound Bath

The experience concludes with an immersive sound bath with crystal singing bowls, allowing vibrations and frequency to ground the body, calm the mind, and seal the experience.

All while surrounded by the natural rhythm of ocean waves at Sunset Cliffs.

This experience is beginner-friendly and open to all levels. No prior experience with breathwork, meditation, or yoga nidra is required.

Just come as you are and allow the breath, rest, and sound to guide the experience.
