Step into a deeply restorative 75-minute journey designed to calm your nervous system, release tension, and guide you into a state of profound rest and inner balance. This class combines the gentle, guided meditation of Yoga Nidra with the immersive healing vibrations of a live sound bath.

We’ll begin with simple grounding and breath awareness to help your body settle and your mind slow down. From there, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep”—a powerful meditation practice done lying comfortably on your mat. While the body rests completely, the mind enters a state between wakefulness and sleep, allowing you to release stress, restore energy, and reconnect with a deeper sense of clarity and calm.

As you remain in this deeply relaxed state, soothing sound healing instruments—including crystal singing bowls and other harmonic tones—will gently wash over you. These frequencies help quiet mental chatter, regulate the nervous system, and support emotional and energetic balance.

This experience is ideal for anyone feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, stressed, or simply in need of intentional rest. Many participants leave feeling lighter, clearer, and profoundly restored.
