Hosted by Yoga In Beautiful Places, this 90-minute gathering blends beach yoga, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing into a relaxing and uplifting experience designed to help you reconnect with nature and welcome the energy of the new season.

We’ll begin with spring breathwork to awaken the body and calm the mind. From there, you’ll move through a gentle all-levels beach yoga flow guided by the rhythm of the ocean waves and fresh coastal air. The practice is accessible for beginners while still enjoyable for experienced yogis.

To celebrate the spirit of Easter and new beginnings, participants will take part in a Spring Intention Egg Activity, where you’ll write a personal intention for the season ahead. This lighthearted activity symbolizes growth, renewal, and the opportunity to plant meaningful intentions for the months to come.

Following the yoga practice, we’ll transition into a guided meditation designed to help the body relax and integrate the experience. The event concludes with a deeply calming crystal singing bowl sound bath, allowing soothing vibrations to promote relaxation, balance the nervous system, and leave you feeling grounded and refreshed.
