Over three inspiring days, you’ll master the art of teaching yoga on water — learning how to blend balance, breath, and nature into a deeply grounding experience. Through hands-on practice and expert guidance, you’ll gain the confidence to lead safe, creative, and empowering paddleboard yoga classes in any aquatic environment.
What You’ll Learn
SUP Fundamentals: Equipment setup, paddle techniques, water safety, and anchoring systems.
SUP Yoga Foundations: Pose adaptations, sequencing for all levels, and creative floating flows.
Teaching Skills: Voice projection, cueing from the board, assisting students on water, and class structure.
Environmental Awareness: Reading conditions, understanding tides, wind, and currents.
Business & Branding: How to create, market, and grow your own SUP yoga experiences.
