Spend Halloween week by the ocean with a candlelit evening designed to help you slow down, settle in, and completely unwind.

Join Yoga In Beautiful Places at South Ponto Beach in Carlsbad for a special Halloween edition of our Candlelight Beach Sound Bath.

As darkness settles over the beach, we'll gather by candlelight for a peaceful evening of guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, and sound healing surrounded by the natural sounds of the ocean.

We'll begin with meditation to help you arrive and settle into the evening before moving into Yoga Nidra—a deeply restful guided practice done lying comfortably on your mat. From there, simply relax as the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls blend with the waves around you.

No costumes. No spooky gimmicks. Just a beautiful October night, the ocean after dark, the glow of candlelight, and an hour to completely unplug.

Come alone, bring a friend, or make a full evening of it by joining us for Sunset Beach Yoga beforehand.

No yoga, meditation, or sound bath experience is necessary. All levels are welcome.

Want to start your evening a little earlier?

Join us for a separate Sunset Beach Yoga class immediately before the sound bath, then stay as the sun goes down and the beach transforms by candlelight.

WHAT TO BRING

• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• Blanket and warm layers — October evenings can get chilly on the beach
• Water
• Anything else that helps you get comfortable while lying down

Please dress warmly. Once the sun goes down, temperatures on the beach can cool quickly.
