Join Yoga In Beautiful Places at South Ponto Beach in Carlsbad for a special Gratitude Beach Sound Bath & Meditation as we head into Thanksgiving week.

This 75-minute experience combines a simple creative activity, guided gratitude meditation, and deeply relaxing sound bath—all surrounded by fresh ocean air and the natural sounds of the waves.

This class is guided by Katie Rose (Owner of Yoga In Beautiful Places), M.A.Ed., RYT-500, SUP Yoga, Sound Healing + Meditation.

🪨 Create Your Gratitude Rock

We'll begin by creating a personal gratitude rock to take home.

Choose a word, phrase, symbol, or simple design that represents something you're grateful for and decorate your rock using paint pens provided at the event.

There's no artistic experience needed and no right or wrong way to create your rock. Keep it simple or get creative. Your finished rock becomes a small keepsake you can place somewhere at home as a reminder of what matters most to you.

🤍 Gratitude Meditation

Once our rocks are complete, we'll settle onto our mats for a guided gratitude meditation.

Rather than simply making a list of things we're thankful for, we'll take time to slow down and actually connect with the feeling of gratitude—appreciating the people, experiences, simple moments, and parts of our lives we may not always stop to notice.

✨ Beach Sound Bath

We'll finish the morning with an extended sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls alongside the natural rhythm of the ocean.

Simply lie back, get comfortable, and allow yourself to rest as the sounds and vibrations of the bowls blend with the waves around you.

No meditation or sound bath experience is necessary. All levels are welcome.

Your gratitude rock and decorating supplies are included.
