All levels welcome — bring your mat, cozy layers, blankets, and anything you need to stay comfortable.
Once the sun goes down, temperatures drop quickly at the beach.

Step into a deeply restorative 60-minute journey designed to calm your nervous system, release stress, and guide you into a state of profound rest.

We’ll begin with gentle grounding and breath awareness to help your body settle and your mind slow down. From there, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep”—a powerful meditation practice experienced while lying comfortably on your mat.

As your body rests and your mind moves into a deeply relaxed state, soothing sound healing instruments—including crystal singing bowls and other harmonic tones—will surround you. The combination of meditation, sound, and the peaceful ocean setting creates an opportunity to slow down, release, and restore.

This experience is ideal for anyone feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, stressed, or simply needing intentional time to pause.

Many participants leave feeling lighter, clearer, and profoundly renewed.

Benefits may include:

  • Deep physical, mental, and emotional relaxation

  • Reduced stress and anxiety

  • Improved sleep quality

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Enhanced clarity, creativity, and focus

  • A renewed sense of calm and inner connection

No experience is necessary. All levels welcome.

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Yoga mat

  • XL towel for under your mat (This will help to keep the sand off your mat)

  • Any additional props you'd like to use

  • Extra Layers for Warmth (It gets cold after sunset)

  • Blankets and/or Pillows for Sound Bath

Come as you are, lie down, and allow yourself to rest.

LOCATION: We usually set up between Life Guard Towers 20 and 21, just north of the Alila Marea Hotel.
