This 60-minute experience combines a heartwarming holiday-inspired meditation and a deeply relaxing crystal singing bowl sound bath, all surrounded by fresh ocean air, gentle waves, and festive Christmas touches.

It's a wonderful opportunity to slow down, recharge, and embrace the Christmas spirit during one of the busiest times of the year.

This gentle meditation will help you settle into relaxation and welcome a sense of peace before the sound bath begins.

✨ Beach Sound Bath

Following our meditation, we'll transition into a deeply relaxing sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls alongside the natural rhythm of the ocean.

Simply lie back, get comfortable, and allow yourself to rest as the soothing tones of the bowls blend with the gentle sounds of the waves.

Give yourself permission to do absolutely nothing for a little while. No shopping lists, no holiday preparations, no rushing from one place to another. Just a peaceful moment for yourself.

No meditation or sound bath experience is necessary. All levels are welcome.
